CBT and EMDR Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and cost £115 per session whether in person or online.
Under 18s are charged at £125 per session.
Fortnightly and flexible sessions can be accommodated to support your budget, dependent on therapist availability. Please let me know if you are an NHS, Emergency worker or Military personnel. This also includes private therapists where pricing can be discussed.
Accredited CBT Supervision can be offered for any CBT Therapists seeking accreditation or ongoing accreditation with the BABCP - cost is £90 per 1 hour session - please see Clinical Supervision page
Business coaching for therapists is offered at £250 per hour, this includes a comprehensive action plan sent to you by email post session.

Online therapy
Online therapy is just effective and can be much more accessible than in person therapy. Sessions primarily offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays
